Bossier Parish Community College is in compliance with this comprehensive standard because the College evaluates the effectiveness of its administrators, including the chief executive officer, on a periodic basis. In accordance with the Louisiana Community and Technical College System (LCTCS) Policy # 6.013 on the Chancellor's Evaluation Process, the Chancellor of the College is responsible for the administration, review, and approval of board policies related to all activities of the College.
Evaluation of Chancellor
Evaluation of Chancellor is conducted annually by the LCTCS System President using the LCTCS Policy # 6.013 - Chancellor's Evaluation Process .
Evaluation of Vice Chancellors
The Vice Chancellors for Academic Affairs, Finance and Administration, Student Affairs and Economic Development report directly to the Chancellor. Each Vice Chancellor is evaluated annually by the Chancellor using the LCTCS Policy # 6.010- Supplement -Suggested Performance Instruments
that is a supplement to the LCTCS Policy # 6.010 Performance Evaluation and Salary Increases.
Copies of completed annual evaluations of the College Chancellor are housed at the LCTCS System Office and in the College Chancellor's Office. Copies of completed annual evaluations of the College Vice Chancellors are housed in the College's Human Resources Office.
