The BPCC chancellor and vice chancellors are evaluated annually according to procedures established by the LCTCS. Copies of completed annual evaluations were not made available, so the On-Site Committee will need to ensure that these evaluations follow the policy and are on file.

Response

Completed evaluations of the College Chancellor are housed on-site in the Chancellor's Office. Also, copies of the completed evaluations are located at the Louisiana Community and Technical College System Office.

Completed evaluations of the Vice Chancellors are located on-site in the College's Human Resources Office. Also copies of the completed evaluations are housed in the Chancellor's Office. Because of privacy issues, these documents are not available in electronic format. A copy of the evaluations will be on file for review by the On-Site Committee.
