The Bossier Parish Community College Chancellor is selected and recommended by the Louisiana Community and Technical College System President. The LCTCS Board maintains final hiring authority. According to board policy (LCTCS Policy #6.013), the LCTCS Board evaluates the chancellor through the president. The policy is clear regarding the evaluation procedure, but a copy of the chancellor's evaluation was not available to document compliance. The Off-Site Committee recommends the On-Site Committee review a copy of the evaluation to determine compliance. |

Completed evaluations of the College Chancellor are housed on-site in the Chancellor's Office. Also, copies of the completed evaluations are located at the Louisiana Community and Technical College System Office. Because of privacy issues, these documents are not available in electronic format. A copy of the evaluations will be on file for review by the On-Site Committee. |
