The institution submitted an organization chart that clearly delineates responsibility for the administration of policies. According to the comments in the compliance report, the latest edition of the organizational chart for Bossier Parish Community College is available in the Human Resources Office. Documentation was not available to determine publication of the organizational structure. The Off-Site Committee recommends the On-Site Committee verify the publication of the organizational structure.

In its original Compliance Audit narrative for Comprehensive Standard 3.2.7, Bossier Parish Community College stated that the organizational chart is available in the Human Resources Office. The Off-Site Committee recommended the On-Site Committee review the publication of the organizational chart. As proof of publication, the organizational chart can be found in the Human Resources Office and on the Human Resources website
