| In its original Compliance Audit narrative for Comprehensive Standard 3.7.2 (faculty evaluation), Bossier Parish Community College stated its compliance with the standard because the College regularly evaluates its faculty---full-time and adjunct. The College provided samples of full-time faculty evaluations. The Off-Site Committee directed the On-Site Committee to secure additional evidence that the institution regularly evaluates the effectiveness of all faculty. To document that the institution regularly evaluates full-time and adjunct faculty, the College will make available to the On-Site Committee duplicates of hard copy evaluations of all full-time and adjunct faculty listed on the roster of instructional staff submitted with the Compliance Audit. By providing hard copies and not electronic copies of evaluations, the College will maintain the confidentiality of personnel evaluations. |
