Bossier Parish Community College is in compliance with this federal requirement because the College makes available to students and the public current academic calendars, grading policies, and refund policies.

The Academic Calendar is available in the General Catalog 12, the Academic Calendar, and the Academic Bulletin 4. The Academic Bulletin is published three times a year-prior to the fall, spring, and summer semesters.

Policies on grading are available in the General Catalog 42 and in the Student Handbook 4.

Policies for refunds are published in the General Catalog 33, the Academic Bulletin 11, and the Student Handbook 6. The General Catalog and the Academic Bulletin are distributed in print and are also available online. The Academic Calendar is located in the General Catalog and in the Academic Bulletin each semester. The Student Handbook is posted on the College website.
