TOEFL Scores sent directly to BPCC
(Test scores older than two years old may not be used)
- 173 on the computer-based test
- 61 on the internet-based test
Proof of Registration with the Selective Service System
(not required for students attending on an F-1 Student Visa)
- Selective Service Card or Selective Service Number printed from www.sss.gov
- Discharge papers from the military (DD 214)
- Copy of current military ID card
High School Transcript
(Waived, if an associate degree or higher has been earned)
- BPCC can download high school transcripts for Louisiana graduates from 2003 and after in most cases

- Basic statement of comparability or

Foreign Credentials

Furnish documentation of financial support that is adequate to meet expenses during their enrollment at BPCC ($15,000 to $20,000 U.S. dollars per year).
- Financial documents
- Should be on the financial institution’s letterhead or sealed with their embossed seal
- Should show the amount in the account converted to US dollars
- Should include a notarized statement from the sponsor if the account does not belong to the student
Travel Documents
- Copy of Passport
- Copy of Visa, after entry into the U.S
- I-94 and other entry documents, issued at port of entry
- I-20 Stamped from port of entry
