GENERAL INFORMATION
The BPCC bookstore is college-owned and is managed as a part thereof. The bookstore's principal objective is service. The purpose is to provide any textbook which may be required in a college academic class. Textbooks are selected by the instructors. Each department submits book titles, author, edition, and quantity to be ordered. Because the quantities can only be estimated, a shortage of books can occur when enrollment in a course is higher than expected. When this happens, reorders are placed as soon as possible. The selling price of a textbook is based on the publisher's list price. Because of the high cost of new textbooks, the bookstore tries to have used copies available at lower cost when possible.

PURCHASING BOOKS
Students may purchase textbooks in the College Bookstore. Textbooks may be purchased during regular and special business hours posted at the Bookstore.
REFUNDS
REFUNDS: Refunds on books will be made if a class is canceled, a class is dropped, or a College error is involved in scheduling. Students will receive a 100% refund only if the books are in the same condition as purchased. Receipt is required. Name in the books or other alterations will cause the books to be refunded at 50% used-book prices. Book refunds, issued to students on the deferred payment plan, will be applied to the unpaid balance.
BUYING BOOKS BACK: The bookstore buys back selected textbooks. The student is paid one-half the purchase price. Buy back dates are listed in the College academic calendar.

BPCC APPAREL AND NOVELTY ITEMS
The college bookstore sells BPCC logo items such as T-shirts, sweatshirts, caps, jackets, umbrellas, cups and more. Come by and see!
