Login Assistance

Logins for Remote Access to the Databases, and to review Library account information and place holds in the Online Catalog. ( Library users may search the Online Catalog without logging in. Users will need to login to place a hold or review their account.)

Students: User ID - 8 digit CWID
PIN - 6 digit birthdate
     
Faculty/Staff: User ID - 8 digit CWID
PIN - 6 digits (see below) *

TRC
Username = first initial of first name, full last name, and the last three digits of CWID.
Password = birthday in 6-digit format

Blackboard
Username - CWID
Password - 6 digit birth date
Faculty/Staff pw may be last 4 of social.

CAVS
Username - CWID
Password: 6 digit Birth Date

WIFI Access and Student E-mail
Username = first initial of first name, full last name, and the last three digits of CWID.

Example: Sam Jones with cwid# 10099222
Username: sjones222

Password = birthday in 6-digit format as in the following:

Example: April 11, 1964
Password: 041164

* Faculty and Staff Logins
Faculty and staff can obtain their PIN through the Forgot your PIN link. It will email your new PIN to your BPCC Email account. You will need to enter your CWID in the User ID field. The Library will not email PINs or give them via phone.
