BPCC LIbrary adds Credo Reference online database

BPCC Library with the support of LOUIS Libraries is pleased to provide access to a new online reference database: Credo Reference. Credo offers over 3,500,000 entries from over 570 highly-regarded reference titles by 80 publishers. It also provides access to over 300,000 art images, videos and audio files. This high-quality general reference service is available now by visiting the BPCC Library Database page. When accessing from home, choose BPCC as your institution and login as normal using your CWID and 6-digit birthdate PIN.

Credo Reference also provides Information Literacy Service based off ACRL library-faculty standards for undergraduate students. Credo offers this service as a multi-faceted way to provide students the means to discover and assess information as well as provides a way for instructors to integrate this service in the classroom

Orientations will limit TRC computer and study area availability

Beginning in the second week of the semester the library will hold orientations in the TRC for those instructors who submit requests. During these times computer availability is limited and the TRC will not be a quiet study area.
