Application and transcript deadline for international students - November 1, 2010

  • New students must complete an application and have it on file in the Admissions/ Registrar’s Office by December 16, 2010. The student is responsible for having his/ her high school and/or college transcript(s) on file in the Admissions/Registrar’s Office by noon December 16, 2010.
  • Students who cannot meet admission requirements by noon December 16, 2010 may be provisionally admitted. Financial aid will not be awarded to a student who is missing official college academic transcripts.
  • Official transcripts sent to BPCC from other institutions become the property of BPCC and cannot be given to student.
  • Former students who were not enrolled in previous semester must complete a readmission application (available in the Admissions/Registrar’s Office) and have it on file by noon December 16, 2010.
  • Students who submit their applications or readmission applications after noon December 16, 2010 are required to register during the late registration period.
  • Students wishing to change degree status must fill out the proper form in the Admissions/Registrar’s Office.
  • Students are not officially accepted for admission until all admission requirements are satisfactorily completed.

Payment Dates

Spring 2011 Semester

  • 20% + $20 deferred payment plan fee when registering
  • 20% on or before February 1, 2011
  • 20 % on or before March 1, 2011
  • 20 % on or before April 1, 2011
  • 20 % on or before May 1, 2011

(A $13 late payment charge may be assessed on all delinquent balances after the due date.)

Any outstanding balance on a student’s account including deferred fees will become due at the time the student requests to resign from the College. Students cannot resign from the College owing an outstanding balance.

Students who do not pay their fees may have their accounts assigned to a collection agency. Students are liable for all attorney and collection costs if forced collection is necessary to obtain any account balance.

NOTE: Payments are due on the stated dates. Online payment options are available at www.bpcc.edu. Payment deadlines falling on Saturday or Sunday or an official school holiday will be due the next business day.

Payment Methods

Who can pay online?

  • Students who are registered for the spring 2011 semester
  • Students who do not have a bad debt hold on their account from a current or previous semester
  • Students wishing to pay by credit or debit card

Attention: Financial Aid Students

Book vouchers are available for eligible students. Come by the Financial Aid Office to obtain a book voucher.

If you are admitted provisionally (if you are missing official college academic transcripts, or if your admissions file is incomplete), you are NOT eligible for financial aid or a financial aid deferment. You must make payment arrangements yourself on the day of registration.

If you are determined ineligible for financial aid, you must make payment arrangements yourself on the day of registration.

YOU WILL OWE MONEY IF:

  • You do not begin attendance in ALL classes (your instructor notifies the Financial Aid Office of all students who never attend classes.)
  • You resign or stop attending ALL classes before completing more than 60% of the semester. (60% date for spring 2011 – March 30, 2011)

** Students must begin attendance in ALL classes. Financial aid will be adjusted (reduced) if a student does not begin attendance in ALL classes. If a student receives his/her financial aid refund check (s) and never attends classes, the student will be responsible for immediate REPAYMENT of the FULL amount of the financial aid. If a financial aid recipient resigns or stops attending all classes before completing more than 60% of the semester, he/she will owe money to the aid program and BPCC.
