Associate Degree

Bossier Parish Community College offers three associate degree programs in the areas of Business, Computer Information Systems, and Web Development and Design. These two-year programs provide the technical and general education necessary for qualified entrance into business administration, and computer-related occupations.

Students interested in a bachelor's degree will find that many courses completed at BPCC will transfer to other colleges. College catalogs from other schools should be consulted, and courses taken at BPCC must be evaluated by the degree-granting institution for acceptance in the student's degree program. The student advisors are also an information source concerning transferability.

Information on Certified Professional Secretary Credit Examination

Up to 18 hours may be awarded to a student who successfully passes the Certified Professional Secretary examination, which is administered by the Institute for Certifying Secretaries. For more information contact the division office 678-6011.
