Vanpooling

Since fall 1998, BPCC has offered a vanpooling service for its students and for clients of the Economic Development Division and students living outside the city limits of Bossier City and Shreveport. A student is eligible if his/her home address is more than one mile from a Sportran bus stop. The aim of the vanpooling program is to meet the daily transportation needs of currently enrolled BPCC students and workforce clients who lack personal transportation and are without readily available access to mass transit.

The BPCC vanpooling service currently operates four air-conditioned 14-passenger vans on routes throughout Bossier, Caddo, Claiborne, and Webster parishes. The service is offered free of charge.
