Cavalier Leadership Program

The Cavalier Leadership Program offers students an avenue of gaining leadership training outside of the classroom. Its purpose is to offer resources, to both individuals and groups, which will aid in the development skills of members of the BPCC Community. These resources include and growing leadership library, a newsletter, and leadership seminars held throughout the year.

The BPCC Leader Call is a newsletter published by the Cavalier Leadership Program that highlights accomplishments by students and student organizations here at BPCC. The newsletter is published multiple times throughout the year and can be found on the Student Life website.

The Cavalier Leadership Program also hosts a Leadership Seminars each semester. These seminars are aimed at developing leadership skills in the students by evaluating what it means to be a good leader. It also aims to explore how personal well being is tied to being a good leader. These, along with other topics, are offered to the students free of charge.
