Communication Media Audio/Visual Request Form (BPCC Administration, Faculty, and Staff only)

Please submit your request at least two weeks prior to the date needed (requests are subject to the availability of staff and/or students). A notice of receipt will be returned to the sender.

The room and all other equipment, i.e. projectors, screens, podiums, laptops, chairs, tables, etc., must be requested from other sources.
