Where do I get a Dietary Management Clinical Application packet?
The application packet
is now available entirely in electronic format. You should review the application packet instructions and print/complete the required forms.
What do you want in your application packet?
Only include those items in your application packet listed under application packet instructions. Do not include: letters of recommendation, copies of degrees/certifications, records of immunization/medical examinations or any other correspondence not specifically requested by a DM advisor.
All items completed for the application packet should be placed in a single large envelope and addressed to:

When should I begin working on my application packet?
You should begin working on application packet requirements during the semester preceding the application deadline of January 1 or August 1. Specifically you should begin planning or/scheduling/completing the BPCC application and reading placement testing if applicable.

You should review the requirements for Admission to the Program.
