Promotional Calendar for 2007-2008 Applicants

October 1, 2007 (First Monday in Oct.) - Deadline for faculty applying for promotion to turn in Part A- Verification of Eligibility to their division chairs.

February 4, 2008 (First Monday in Feb.) - Deadline for faculty applying for promotion to turn in their completed packets (Part B- Summary and Documentation).

March 3, 2008 (First Monday in March) – Division Committees notify applicants of their scores

March 24, 2008 (*Third Friday in March) – Deadline for filing an appeal of the Division Committee ratings.
*4th Monday in March this year due to Good Friday holiday

April 7, 2008 (First Monday in April) – College appeals Committee notifies applicants of the decisions.

April 15, 2008 (Following Tuesday) – College Promotion Committee meets to receive and compile recommendations.

April 21, 2008 (Third Monday in April) – College Promotion Committee makes its recommendations for promotion to the Chancellor.
