December 3, 2012: First Monday in Dec. - Deadline for faculty applying for promotion to turn in their completed packets (Part B- Summary and Documentation).

March 1, 2013: First Friday in March – Evaluation Committees notify applicants of their scores.

March 18, 2013: Third Monday in March – Deadline for faculty filing an appeal of the Evaluation Committee ratings.

April 8, 2013: Second Monday in April – Appeal Committee notifies applicants of their decisions.

April 15, 2013: Third Monday in April – Deadline for Evaluation Committee to meet and make its recommendations for promotion to the Chancellor.
