Starting with the Fall 2007 semester, students will be informed of current due balances through Bossier Parish Community College’s electronic balance due notification system.  Paper bills will not be mailed.  All tuition and fees are payable in U.S. dollars according to the established due dates.  Students with an outstanding due balance will be notified via their BPCC email address.  Students will be responsible for accessing their CAVS account to view their account balance and confirm payment due dates.  The College holds students accountable for current due balances; therefore, students should check their CAVS account regularly.

FAILURE TO RECEIVE AN ELECTRONIC BILLING NOTIFICATION DOES NOT EXCUSE STUDENTS FROM REQUIRED PAYMENT ON THE SPECIFIED DUE DATE.
