Clifford H. LeBlanc, III, President

Cliff LeBlanc is the Vice-President/Administrator for Willis-Knighton Bossier Health System. Mr. LeBlanc is a native of Beaumont, Texas and graduated from Lamar University in 1981 with a degree in Business Management.

David Rockett, Immediate Past President

David Rockett serves as the Executive Director of the Greater Bossier Economic Development Foundation. He is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science. Mr. Rockett currently serves on the Board of the Red River Valley BIDCO, the Strategic Council, the United Way, and in the Board of Directors as Deacon at First Baptist Church in Shreveport. He is married to Kristen Brown-Rockett and has three children, Caroline, David, and Andrew.

Markey Pierre, Vice-president

Markey Pierre, who is Managing Partner of Southern Strategy Group, graduated from Nova Southeastern University with a master's degree in Business Administration. In addition, Ms. Pierre earned her undergraduate degree from LA Tech. She is active in numerous civic and community organizations such as Junior League, Chamber of Commerce, and the Independence Bowl Board of Directors.

Tom Glass, Treasurer

Mr. Glass, who is Executive Vice-president at First Louisiana Bank, graduated from LA Tech with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. He is currently the President of Bossier Economic Development Foundation and Bossier Lions Club. Mr. Glass is married and the father of three children.

Jeff Darby, Secretary

Mr. Darby serves on the Bossier City Council and is owner of Visual Integrated Programs, LLC. In addition, Mr. Darby is a licensed marriage and family counselor, and a vocational and rehabilitation counselor. Mr. Darby graduated from La Tech with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a master’s in Counseling. Mr. Darby is married and the father of two daughters.

Helen Black, Advisor

Ms. Black, who is the Director of Civic and Community Services for Horseshoe Casino and Hotel in Bossier City, earned her degree from Duke University in education and banking. Ms. Black works closely with local, state, and national political parties to promote and support the community. She has been married for 48 years and has two children.
