College Transition Programs enrollment is open to high school drop-outs ages 17-22; however, the program targets low income students with barriers such as addiction, homelessness, and single parenthood.

  • College Transition Programs students will be enrolled in credit classes as a “Learning Community,” meaning this core group of students will enroll in identical classes, class sections, and matriculate the Middle College semester as a group.
