“Where do I get a PTA Clinical Application packet?”
The application packet is now available entirely in electronic format. You should review the application packet instructions and print/complete the required forms.
“What do you want in your application packet?”
Only include those items in your application packet listed under application packet instructions. Do not include: letters of recommendation, copies of degrees/certifications, records of immunization/medical examinations or CPR or any other correspondence not specifically requested by a PTA advisor.
All items completed for the application packet should be placed in a single large envelope and addressed to:

“When should I begin working on my application packet?”
You should begin working on application packet requirements during the fall semester preceding the spring application deadline of April 15th. Specifically you should begin planning or/scheduling/completing the observation hours requirement (d) during that fall semester.

You should review the requirements for Admission to the Program.
