Provisional AdmissionAny applicant who does not have complete admission documents on file at the time of application may be granted provisional admission pending receipt of complete and satisfactory records. A student admitted provisionally may have his/her registration canceled if the records, when received, do not meet the admission criteria. A provisionally admitted student has ten (10) working days to submit complete records or the student's enrollment will be canceled. Students admitted provisionally because of a lack of standardized test scores will be required to take the placement test as a means of receiving Provisional Admission status. International students are not eligible for provisional admission. Students admitted provisionally are not eligible for federal financial aid. APPLICANTS WHO HAVE BEEN CONVICTED OF CRIMES PUNISHABLE BY IMPRISONMENT OR WHO HAVE BEEN COMMITTED TO CORRECTIONAL, PENAL, OR TRAINING INSTITUTIONS, OR WHO HAVE BEEN DISMISSED FROM AN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION FOR DISCIPLINARY REASONS: Applicants who have been convicted of crimes punishable by imprisonment or who have been committed to a correctional, penal, or training institutions, or who have been dismissed from an educational institution for disciplinary reasons must designate this status on the application for admission and must complete the requirements outlined on the Disciplinary Status Form.
