Peter G. Bielagus became Young America’s Financial Success Coach™ the hard way-- by first falling deeply into debt. As a B- student entering college, Peter quickly found himself $5,000 in credit card debt his freshman year. Determined to change his life, Peter began reading what amounted to over 300 books on personal finance and human development, interviewing experts, and attending seminars. By graduation, Peter was on the Dean’s list, the Provost’s list, and was debt free. After graduating, Peter went to work for a national financial company and became the top salesperson in his district, in his first year. Peter then opened up his own fee only financial planning firm; one of the few in the country that caters exclusively to young people. Wanting to educate students, parents, and professionals about money, Peter decided to write a personal finance guide, Getting Loaded: A Complete Personal Finance Guide For Students and Young Professionals. The book was published internationally by one of the world’s largest publishers, Penguin Putnam. Because Peter has financially “been there” and “done that”, students easily relate to his talks. Peter travels the country and shares his success secrets in his financial, motivation, and leadership talks. Mixing humor and emotion with real life examples, Peter empowers audiences to make the best of themselves by making the right choices today.
