You can either apply online at http://www.bpcc.edu/admissions/forms.html or come to the Admission’s Office which is located on the first floor of Building F to fill out an application. You’ll need to pay a $15.00 application fee, provide proof of immunizations, high school transcripts or GED scores as well as any college transcripts you might have. For male students we’ll need proof of Selective Service as well. If you have any more questions, you can contact the Admission’s Office at 678-6004.
You can log on to CAVS through cavs.bpcc.edu,
and click on Enter Student Services. You will find Student Records there. When you drop down that box you will find unofficial transcripts that you can print out.
You can either request it online or come to the Admission’s Office which is located on the first floor of Building F. The online request for official transcripts can be completed by logging on to CAVS. It’s listed under Student Records. There is also a $3.00 fee for the request which you can pay under Account Summary.
You can log on to CAVS by either using your 8-digit student ID number or your Social Security Number. Your initial pin number should be your date of birth in the MMDDYY format. If you change your pin number and forget the new pin number you can come to the Admissions Office on the first floor of Building F and we will change it for you.

No. We are a two-year community college and we don’t provide housing on campus. However, you can easily find housing information in the area.
Yes, you can add or drop a class by logging on to CAVS, it is listed under Registration. However, if you have any holds you will need to clear the hold first before you would be able to drop the class.
You can check with your advisor or print off your degree checklist along with your unofficial transcript and check off the classes you’ve already taken. The checklist can be found on our website under Academics, then click on Associate Degrees and find your specific degree.
You can print your class schedule by logging on to CAVS. You’ll be able to find Student Schedule under Registration.
