Student Success Series

Overview:

The Student Success Series provides information that aids BPCC students in reaching their academic, career and personal goals. The Student Success Series is typically offered as face-to-face discussions/workshops that last 50 minutes or less with active participation between students and presenters. Topics include tips on studying, identifying careers, and balancing work, family and school to name a few.

The discussions are ideal for any BPCC student. Students gain:

  • An opportunity to be linked to individual assistance
  • A “success toolbox” that includes college and community resources
  • A positive support network of BPCC employees and BPCC students
  • A better understanding of the college environment

The Series is not a replacement for what is taught in the classroom. It is, however, an additional resource to assist students in maximizing use of their strengths to reach and exceed their goals.
