	Alisha Crowder serves as Project Coordinator II for the IWTP grant team and has been with Workforce Development since March 2007. Alisha holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Louisiana State University of Shreveport and brings 7 years of experience in Marketing and Financial Services to the team. 	Tracy McGill has been a Project Coordinator for IWTP grants since 2007. Tracy has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication-Public Relations from Louisiana State University-Shreveport. She has a background in marketing and public relations and brings more than five years managerial experience to the team. She also has 2+ years experience as an IWTP computer instructor.
