Tuition Payment Plan Options

Pay in Full or Installment Payment Plan using CASHNet®.

Payment can be made by Cash, Check or Money Order at the BPCC Business Office in Building F or

Credit card payments have to be made online:

Sign into LOLA using the student’s login and password.
Go to Self Service,
Select Student
Go To My Account
Select Account Summary to review tuition and fee information
When you are ready to make a payment or set up a payment plan click Payment/Payment Plan Processing
To Make a Payment, click Make a Payment and follow the instructions
To Set UP a Payment Plan, click View Payment Plan Options follow the instructions

Please note: Online payments may be made with WebCheck or Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express® or Discover® credit cards.

Payment Deadline for Fall 2023:

In Full: at time of Registration
1/4 tuition and fees

then 1/4 tuition and fees, Sept 15, Oct 15 and Nov 15.

**The first payment must be made at the time of enrollment in the plans in order to protect your classes

How to make an online payment:

At the BPCC web page, log on to your student account through LOLA
Go to Self Service,
Select Student
Go To My Account
Select Account Summary to review tuition and fee information
When you are ready to make a payment click Payment/Payment Plan Processing
To Make a Payment, click Make a Payment and follow the instructions

Registration and transcript holds will be placed on all accounts with a balance remaining after the last scheduled payment date.

*CASHNet Installment Payment Plan and BPCC Payment Plan will issue a $30 administration fee.

Important Payment Notice

For Fall Semester 2023, your tuition and fees are due at the time of registration unless you are under the protection of one of the payment plans, or have completed your Financial Aid Paperwork by the established deadline or you have other tuition assistance (Ex, High School Dual Enrollment, third party vendor).

If you have registered for classes, and you no longer wish to attend, you must officially drop any class for which you are registered or you will incur charges.

Please refer to your LOLA account regarding your student balance information.

You can pay your balance:

Online through your LOLA account using the CASHNet service by credit, debit card or E-Check.
(please note payments made by credit or debit card will be charged a 2.85% convenience fee, The E-Check option does not charge a convenience fee).
In person at the BPCC Business Office, Building F, 6220 East Texas Street, Bossier City, LA.
(Please note that the Business Office can no longer accept credit or debit cards at the window, However, the Business Office continues to accept cash, checks and money orders for payments).
