Fees
Fees may be paid by cash, check, or credit card. Service charge on checks returned by a bank is $25.
Refund Policy
Ninety percent (90%) refunds are granted if requests are made three working days prior to the start of the class. Sorry, refunds cannot be made after the class begins. Full refunds are granted when classes are canceled by the Continuing Education Division.
Parking Permits
Display parking permit on the driver’s side rear window to park on campus legally. A permit is provided when you register. For more information about parking permits you can check out our Parking Permits webpage.
Supplies
Supply lists are given at registration or on the first night of class. In some cases, supplies will be purchased from the instructor or included in the registration fee.
Books
Books are usually available at the college bookstore. Check the schedule to find out if books are required for your class. Instructors occasionally suggest supplies or books not noted on the schedule or included in the registration fee.
Canceled or Postponed Classes
A class may be canceled if minimum enrollment is not met. Every effort is made to notify students when a class is canceled. A full refund is automatically processed and students usually receive a refund check within four weeks.
Once a course begins and a postponement is necessary, the instructor will call the students and reschedule the class, unless weather is the cause. If BPCC classes are canceled because of hazardous weather, Continuing Education classes will not meet. If the class is short-term, we will reschedule. If it is long-term, the instructor will make arrangements to make up the missed information.
