Science and Engineering Fair

BPCC Louisiana Region 1

Due to concerns over our current Covid community numbers, we are going to transition our fair to a virtual format. Last year we used this format to much success, and I believe that we can again have an outstanding fair with it. While I know that we all prefer an in-person fair, the health and safety of the students as well as all the staff and volunteers that work the fair is my primary concern.

Our fair will be week-long event like last year. It will take place the same week as stated previously, it will just now start on Monday, Feb. 21st and end on Friday, Feb. 25th.

What do students need to submit?
  • Entry Form and entry fee (mailed in)
  • Registration Paperwork (*using Scienteer)
  • Link to 4 to 5 minute YouTube video of student presenting their project. (link added to abstract of paperwork in Scienteer)
  • PDF image of project board/poster (link added to abstract of paperwork in Scienteer)

The fair is sponsored by BPCC; the City of Bossier City; the Bossier Optimist Club, and Kilpatrick’s Rose-Neath Funeral homes, Cemeteries and Flower Shops, Inc.
