The Office of Academic Affairs provides administrative support for four academic divisions, including Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences; Business and Information Technology; Nursing and Allied Health; and Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics; and two academic support divisions, including Educational Technology and Learning Resources.

With a commitment to BPCC’s mission of helping students achieve educational goals and strengthening the regional economy, the Office of Academic Affairs coordinates efforts such as placement testing, commencement ceremonies, accreditation, and articulation agreements while individual academic divisions have responsibilities for oversight of associate degree, certificate, and diploma programs and course scheduling. Academic support divisions within the Office of Academic Affairs offer services for assisting online, dual enrollment, and veteran students as well as provide learning resources for supporting classroom instruction.
