The College is adhering to the guidelines from the CDC and the Governor of Louisiana as they relate to the COVID-19 pandemic; therefore, the Financial Aid Office staff remains vigilant in our efforts to stop the spread of COVID-19. While day-to-day operations and schedules have been modified to keep everyone safe, financial aid staff members are available on Microsoft Teams for telephone calls, video conferences, or to chat as follows:
- Mondays - 8:00 am to 5:30 pm
- Tuesdays - Thursdays - 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Meet the Staff
The Financial Aid Office provides assistance and counseling in completing the financial aid application, evaluation and determination of need. Front Counter Advisors and Verification Counselors are always available via email and phone. Your verification counselor is also available on an appointment basis. You can locate your Verification Counselor based on the last 4 digits of your SSN.
Our experienced verification counselors review your submitted documentation to ensure your file is complete and that the information reported on the FAFSA is correct. The verification counselor’s assignments are based on the student’s last four digits of SSN. Currently, walk-ins are not permitted. However, Verification Counselors are available via phone, email or by appointment.
