BPCC CULINARY ARTS BUFFET – TOMORROW, TUESDAY, OCTOBER 2

Bossier Parish Community College Culinary Arts Program offers buffets from 5:00 to 6:30 pm on Tuesdays through November 13 in the Emmett E. Cope Student Services Center (Building F), 6220 E. Texas St., Bossier City.

The menu for October 2 buffet is “Jazz Brunch” and includes:

  • Glazed Honey Ham
  • Omelet Bar
  • Shrimp and Grits
  • Creole Quiche
  • Seasonal Vegetables
  • Praline Parfait
  • Assorted Fruit

The cost is $7 per person and to-go boxes are available. The buffet is open to the public.

BPCC’s Culinary Arts program provides classroom and laboratory instruction and experience to students desiring a career as a professional chef.
