Each event will be held on a unique holiday or observance from 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. in Building F and will offer students the opportunity to engage themselves in student life. National Cappuccino Day – Wednesday, November 8, 2017
Cappuccino got its name from an Italian order of monks known as the Catholic Capuchins – a group of friars that wore dark brown hoods, similar to the color of the drink. Prepared with espresso, hot milk, and a cap of foam, cappuccino is the customary way to jumpstart your day in Italy. In Western Europe, it’s just the opposite: cappuccino is most popular as an after-dinner drink. In honor of National Cappuccino Day, stop by and enjoy a FREE cup of cappuccino!
