GDIT Day is a lunch-and-learn event presented in partnership with General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) to promote employee upskilling and career advancement.
At the heart of this partnership is the GDIT Step-Up Program, which helps employees return to school to complete their degrees and advance in the IT industry. Through Step-Up, participants can enroll in BPCC’s Help Desk CTC Program, with significant tuition support from GDIT. This two-semester program builds IT foundations through four courses focused on hands-on learning and preparation for CompTIA ITF+ certification—a strong first step toward careers in IT support and cybersecurity. Graduates can also apply these credits toward BPCC degree pathways for continued advancement.
