The catalog allows users to search the entirety of the library’s holdings and place holds. Through the “My Account” link, users can manage their item holds and reserves, view current checkouts and renew items, and view outstanding fees and payment history.

To support BPCC’s research goals, the Learning Commons provides student and faculty access to quality scholarly databases covering a wide range of topics taught at BPCC. Our A-Z Databases list serves as the portal to access individual databases.

The Learning Commons has a growing collection of e-books which have been curated to support BPCC’s curriculum.

Learning Commons Faculty and Staff are available to meet with you by appointment virtually or while on-campus. Visit our Appointments module to schedule an appointment with a librarian or tutor.

Request Forms can be used to submit suggestions and requests for services such as book scanning, interlibrary loans, equipment checkout, new materials, webpage corrections, and faculty reserve requests.

Our Online Student Guide offers tips, tricks, and walkthroughs on how to use Learning Commons Resources such as databases, the catalog, and effective research strategies in your online classes including remote access.

Video Tutorials are available on a wide range of resources, tools, and subjects. Tutorials may also be accessed via the Learning Commons YouTube Channel.
